Guest play: If you play as a guest (no sign-in), all data stays on your device only. Nothing is sent to our servers.

Sugar Spell is rated 4+ and is appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guest play requires no account and collects no personal data.

🔒 Data Security & Retention

Your cloud save data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) with access restricted to your account only. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We retain game data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's standard policy.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics collection (via device settings)
• Play as a guest with zero data collection
